About Me

Hello, I'm Crystal Cox, the artist and shop owner here at Spookshow Babe Designs. Allow me to welcome and thank you for stopping by to have a look at my collection of handmade decor and gifts! :D 

First off, let me just say I am a self taught artist that has never used AI and NEVER will. All my designs and illustrations come from my imagination and hands. I also make, package and ship everything from my studio with the exception of my keychains a very small selection of stickers, post cards and stationary which I have printed by Vista Print and then sent to me to personally inspect before selling.

Now that we got that important info out of the way, here is a little bit more about me and my journey to getting this Small Business off the ground. 

I started selling jewelry and art prints of my water color paintings in 2017. After a short while I wanted to bring some of the characters I painted to life and began working with clay and other materials to create spooky cute art dolls. I began to share my art on Instagram where I found a lovely community of creepy cute art fans who gave me the confidence to really run with my dream of being a full time artist. I was excited to share my handmade dolls with like minded souls online and at Art Fairs and Markets. After some very hard work and dedication my art would be part of over a dozen art galleries and featured on Buzzfeed thus reaching a wider audience of people and allowing me to work on Spookshow Babe Designs full time.

Over the years I have dedicated myself to making the kind of art and products that I personally feel passionately about and will bring joy to others. I also put that same love and attention to detail into running my small business and I am always quick to help a customer with any question or concern they might have. It is important to me that every one who is kind enough to support me has a smooth and enjoyable experience. 

Lastly, on a more personal note.. I just want to thank you all so much for the support you have given me on this journey. I honestly could not have done it without you. I am truly grateful for each sale and every happy review of which there are more than I could have ever dreamed there would be. <3
